Can I return my ticket before the event start?
Tickets are 100% refundable up to 30 days before the event. After that, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague free of charge.
When and where exactly will Ingenium take place?
The event will be held from April 14th to 16th, 2026 at Superstudio 13 in Milan (Via Forcella 13). Activities start daily at 9:30 AM and end at 6:30 PM, followed by evening networking events.
Who is the event mainly for?
Ingenium is designed for C-Levels, Managers, and Entrepreneurs in the Lifestyle sectors (Fashion, Design, Yachting, Beauty) looking to integrate new tech, as well as Tech Providers, Startups, and Investors offering innovative solutions for these industries.
Can I request an invoice for my company?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can enter your Company Name and VAT Number. The invoice will be generated and sent automatically via email immediately after payment.
What is the official language of the conferences?
As an international hub, the official language of the Main Stage is English. However, simultaneous translation into Italian will be available via headsets for main Keynotes. Workshops will be divided between Italian and English sessions.
How do I reach the venue and where can I park?
Superstudio 13 (Via Forcella 13) is walking distance from Metro M2 Porta Genova. We do not recommend private cars due to traffic and restricted zones. If necessary, paid parking is available at MUDEC (Via Tortona 56) or Garage Porta Genova, both a 5-minute walk away.

Press access is reserved for accredited media. You can request your pass by emailing press@ingeniumitaly.com, attaching your press card or a link to your publication/channel. Our press office will review the request within 48 hours.
